[access-uk] Mobile signals for my area

Hello Everyone
Does anyone know where I can find out the best mobile provider for my
area?I have tried www.signalmaps.com but it appears to rely upon the
user being able to manipulate maps. At present, I am with Virgin
which uses t-mobile and I am lucky to get a single bar when in the house.
