I have just recently read an article about the Three Badir brothers, who are
blind. They ran rings around Israel's telephone companies for six
scam-filled years.
They started off in listening to the various tones that people who were
dialling out on their phones. Later, it developed into running wires
through a designated area, transferring phone calls from other companies
through their bogus company.
One of the brothers, was sent to prison for 47 months, for computer-related
crimes, as he was the brains behind the entire scam.
