Hi Carol Found that, but there's no progress options. Just email accounts. Hit the "P" and next time you send/receive messages you should see that box. There's a check mark in the box if you want to turn it off again. I used to be able to see a window whenever Outlook was checking for emails. I inadvertently checked that box one day and haven't seen it since. I've looked all over to enable it again, but I haven't found it yet. Does anyone know where to look and what to check? You need to go to options, privicy, in there you'll see list of people that have you in their adressses, so when you find those that you don't want any more, tab to "block" button, you will see that if you tab once after the block button that that person is now in the blocked people list and that if you shift tab there is "allow" button. I foolishly added a few dozen email addies to my MSN Messenger. I've deleted many of them, but I am still being contacted by folks who I don't really know. I know I added them ages ago. I also know I deleted them. So why are they still able to contact me when I launch MSN Messenger? I'd like to get back to a half dozen or less and not be bothered by other users who I added months ago, contacts I thought I had deleted. Peter ** Going on holiday and want to halt messages?
