Luke,
Think the providers of the service need to make one of the dreaded
adjustments to make that part of the service accessible to blind people.
That might, for example, involve providing a sighted person to deal with the
site for you?
All the best,
Richard

Subject: [access-uk] Missingx
Hi all,
I was traveling to Sight Village last week and I left something on the
train.
I was told to submit a search for the item and report it as lost using the
website missingx.com, as this is supposedly what train and airline companies
are using as their lost property management service now.
The website is quite tricky to use with the major screen readers, tried with
NVDA, VO and JAWS. I was just wondering if anyone here has had to use this
service before and how you found it? Have you any tips for using the site?
Or, is there another way to locate my item? According to the lost property
team at Birmingham, this missingx.com website is the only way to locate and
find items.
Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.
Thanks
Luke
