Hi again Jim, As you may know Microsoft Anti-spyware was taken from a company which MS acquired. They simply re-labelled the Giant software, did a few minor tweaks, and put it out on the beta market. Yes, I agree with you that it would be easier to simply have an e-mail address to write to, but I am not aware of one. Yes, I am sure that MS do employ some VIPs. However, they may not be employed as software testers and may well, with justification, feel somewhat unhappy about being given a role of a software tester rather than what may well be a more satisfying role. That would not be fair treatment. That same argument could be used for almost any company producing IT which may be used by VIPs. A point abut newsgroups is that a lot of duplicated messages may well be avoided and the folks at MS will only need to respond once on the newsgroup, rather than multiple times to all of those with the same question. Old questions are often re-asked and often the public provide these answers quicker than waiting for a professional response from MS. I guess this discussion is largely a matter of opinion , over both what the individual wants to do and what they think of MS! Hi John, Thanks for your reply, but do we really need to join yet another news group to get our opinions/thoughts over to the product developers! I think this is just an unnecessary way to get feedback about a product that should have been someway to accessible in the first place. Why isn't there an e-mail address instead? I think this would of been a more productive way of obtaining the feedback they wanted. Just my thoughts, giving Microsoft's policy on accessibility in the first place. I think and I might be wrong, but don't Microsoft have visually impaired people working on their software productions to test these beta programs before they are released to the public?
