[access-uk] Microsoft Word question

Hi

Does anyone know about inserting comments into a word document and/or deleting 
them and accepting them. At work today my colleague put some comments in a 
document. When reading it, Jaws told me that the comment was there in brackets 
but I couldn't get it to read what the comment said. Apparently if you use the 
tool bar you can delete/accept any comments. I know you can insert them on the 
insert menu.

Any advice would be great.
