[access-uk] Microsoft Word on NC10

Hi
I had to force the NC10 off as it had crashed and I could not even do an alt
shift delete. When I opened Word I had lost my document that I was working on.
How do I prevent this happening again so that when I open Word the document
that was open when it crashed is there if I want to open it. It is set up like
this on another machine and I get the original document and a temporary version
of the one I was working on. these are usually to the left of the screen.
Hope people know what I mean.
