Hi Steve,

I have just checked and all those boxes are unticked.  Any more ideas?

Hi Andrew,

Weird, I thought this was turned off.  I thought I did it for you.

Press Alt, then F, then T to get into Options and go down to Trust Centre
Settings.

Tab to the Settings button, then down to Protected View.  Make sure all
those boxes are unticked.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Microsoft Word 2016

Hi,

I have recently taken out a subscription to Microsoft Office 365 and so have
Office 2016 on my machine.

I am using Windows 10 with JAWS 17.

Generally speaking, I am getting on with Word 2016 OK.  However, when in my
Dropbox folder, if I try to open up a Word document which me and someone
else shares and which I created in Office 2010, when I Alt+Tab over to Word
I don't seem to be placed in the document at all but in some other payne
which I am unable to read.  Please can someone advise me what is going on
and what I can do to solve my problem?

Many thanks for any help,

Andrew
