[access-uk] Microsoft Sounds for Office

I have this installed and when I would save a document I would get a sound.  
Now the sounds have stopped.  I have gone in to Tools and checked that the 
option to give sound feedback is checked.  It is.  Still no sound.  I then 
removed and reinstalled the sounds.exe file but still no joy.  Any ideas please?
