Hi Barry. I found this in Help. However I'm using OL 2002, so not sure how
much relevance it actually bares. Extract follows:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Mail icon
.
3. Click Show Profiles.
4. Click Add.
5. Type a name for the profile, and then click OK.
You will then be able to add an e-mail account to use in your profile.
Follow the directions on your screen.

HTH.

Cheers,

Mark

Subject: [access-uk] Microsoft Outlook Profiles?

Hey guys.

My parents use Outlook on their computer. Outlook 2k3 to be exact.

I'v eno idea about this mail client but I'm wanting to setup profiles I
believe Outlook calls them?

Basically I want them to have in Outlook what I have in Outlook Express with

Identitys. So they choose when Outlook startsup to select who's profile
they want to work with and receive emails.

Can anyone tell me step by step how to do this please?

Thank you
Barry Toner
