I have done Jim, so try to follow what the attachments say and you should get there. You have to log into your Sky account and make a couple of changes. Then you do likewise in OE, and it should work. I had to do this about a fortnight ago in order to continue to receive my mail in Outlook Express as opposed to via a web page. I prefer it this way as I can pick them up on my phone as well.

Hope it all works out ok.

Jackie

Hi Jackie,

Would you please send me the instructions as well, it seems a lot of people are having problems with google mail.

Thanks in advance and thanks to all that responded to this topic.

If anyone else is having this problem due to Sky's shift to a web-based client, I am happy to send the instructions that they provided by Email in PDF format. Alternatively, you could ring 08705 663333, and ask the Disability Help Team to put you through to Technical Support. They are quite helpful to be fair and have assisted Ian with some issues we had when first joining their broadband package back in the summer.

Barry, as I said to Jim, Sky sent me some instructions that described how I needed to alter the way I get my messages using Outlook Express. You have to log into your Sky account, change a couple of things, then do likewise in OE. Then you should be ok. But if you would also like the instructions, please let me know.

Hi all,

Since sky.com changed over to Google mail, any e-mail's I send to the lists, both access and jaws, don't show up on my computer although I know they have reached the lists, because I have read replies to my messages. Any one know how I can rectify this problem?
Using o/e and jaws 7.0.

Thanks in advance for any help
Jim.
