Hi Jim

You could use MP3 Direct Cut, as David suggests, or you could use a program 
called Merge MP3. I can send you a link if you are interested.

To use it

1. Press Control+O to open file

2.  Navigate to the folder containing the 2 files

3. Tab to File and highlight the files and press Enter

4. Press Control+M for merge. You will then be asked for a name for the merged 
file.
