I believe it is something Dolphin have produced for this project. Perhaps a
cut-down version of Supernova, but I may be wrong about that.

I've just been looking at the RNIB products newsletter and a desk top
computer they sell was listed with Mercury magnification and speech access.
Not heard of this one before has anyone?
