Thanks you Peter, for your help.

I've exactly did it but my problem is only that I couldn't use wmp 10 to open 
these midi files, not winamp.
But, it's a small problem, and I can live with it.

              Try this. Highlight one of your midi files, then open 
applications pull down menu with the right windows key. Select, Open with. Now, 
from the sub menu, select choose program.  From the list that will appear, 
select Winamp. Now tab to the check box that says

  Always use the selected program when opening this type of file and check the 
check box. Tab to okay. From this point on, all your midi files should open in 
Winamp. It won't solve your problem entirely, but you shouldn't have any more 
crashes.
