[access-uk] Media Edition Again

Hi All,
I know there has been some discussion on this in the past but I'm now about
to buy a new desktop. I want to integrate it with my home audio system and
connect it to a new HD TV.
OK, my questions, I'm using jaws 5 at the moment but am about to go to jaws
7 pro, would I gain any benefit from going for media edition? If I do, is
there a particular version to either stipulate, or avoid? What features in
media centre would I not be able to utilise?
Lastly, anyone got any suggestions on a reasonably priced PC?
