Hi Adrien, from the pharmacist you can buy a medicine syringe which comes with a bung for the top of a medicine bottle. This may not fit perfectly in the medicine bottle you have, the ones I usually get are made for kids Nurofen, but do fit other bottles too, if they are a standard size. These come with a 5 mil syringe, so you'd be taking 2 of those or more, but at least it would mean you could measure accurately. The syringe fits into a hole in the bung, then holding everything tightly, you turn the bottle upside down and pull down the plunger to measure. Bear in mind, syringes hold a bit more than 5 mil. hth

Hi

I have to take medicine every night, in general I just pour
it in to a measuring cup but I don't know if I am taking too
much, how do you guys measure it accurately, for example, 10
mls or 20 mls? Is there something that would help me?

Regards

Adrien
