Hi Lyn -

Thanks, yes, I only looked under web options to see if I could set it from
in there, but I did actually follow your suggestion and used the properties
sheets to get to the programme sheet, and check the box that says: "check to
see if IE is my default browser, but after that, there is just an ok button
and a cancel button, there isn't another check box to say "set as default."

So, I'm afraid I'm still stuck! -

Andy

| Andy,
| It is not in the web option, u need to go to the "programs" tab in IE. Go
to internet explorer properties, then ctrl+tab till u get to the "programs"
tab and then tab down and check the box that says "tell me if IE is the
default browser", then tab once and click the "make default" button and hit
apply and then OK.
| Remember, it is in the "programs tab" not in the "web options". Hope this
helps.
