Hi,

I am running -07 on a win 7 system and it is working alright. My laptop is
running 4Gb, what is the spec of your system?

Also, did you try the view menu, in case it is in a view other than
"normal".

Kindest,

Mike

Hi Mike.

Yes it was me who was struggling with Word 2007 and still am. I've just run
C cleaner but can't find any tool bars to uninstall. It's just not working
at all with Windows 7. Every minute or so it keeps repeating Document 1
etc. as though it's trying to load properly and can't quite manage it! I
also have a laptop running Windows Vista with Office 2007 installed and Word
is working OK. I'm just wondering if there's a compatibility problem
between Windows 7 and Word. I feel like reverting back to 2003 if I can't
find a solution soon because I just can't do anything as it is. Thanks for
your suggestion anyway.

Cheers.

Valerie.

Hello,

I was using MS Word 2003 with the 07 pack installed. I noticed the screen
running very slow with keypresses either sticking or "hanging".

I ran CCleaner and selected the uninstall option. There was an Ask.com
toolbar, which I uninstalled and don't remember installing! After re-boot
everything is running a lot better. If the toolbar was running in the
background, it was undetectable to Jaws 12, as I regularly check with Jaws
cursor and running tasks etc. Not nice!

I think it was Valerie who had asked a question about Word 07, so may be
worth checking.

Regards,

Mike
