Hi Ian,
Mobile Speak will actually go on more phones than Talks, because there are
three versions. One for Symbian, same as Talks, one for Windows Smart
Phone, and one for Windows 05 Pocket PC edition. Some Pocket PCs have
phones built in, like the O2 Exec, or the Orange SPV phones.

As for the Owasys, the problem is no screen, as I see it. The operators
know nothing about them, such as T-Mobile or Voda, and no sighted person can
easily help you, because they are "specialist" phones.
Aside from that, you can't download additional ring tones, you can't do
anything with Bluetooth, and the worst part of all is that the speech is
some kind of Spanglish rubbish.
That's my take on it, and yes I admit I am a Talks reseller for those that
don't know, but MS or Talks are both light years better than the Owasys. I
think the problem of no screen though, is the biggest problem.
I understand, though I can't verify this, that some Sim cards even crash the
Owasys, so definitely one to avoid, I'd say.
