Hi I am considering getting the same from Amazon so wondered if it is just the product key that this purchase is for and if so do they e-mail it to you or send it in the post.

Hi Carol.

Go to www.microsoft.com/enable, that's the official accessibility site for Microsoft and it has tonnes of information including contact details for the Microsoft Accessibility Answer Desk which are highly trained specialists who will log in to your computer if necessary to set things up for you. Told you Amazon were great at this *smile*, it's how I will renew my subscription from now on, as you said, there's nothing to it really.

OK, all done! Paid for, installed ... A little baffled ... but glad to
find a few things that are familiar! I can't say I really thought the
purchase and install process was that good for VI's in parts, but it was
workable - just! ...

What's the best way to get a whole list of keystrokes?

Anyone tips on any setups that work better with Jaws, or other screen
readers?

I don't have a direct URL right now, Carol, as I'm using my Mini downstairs. But if you go to the Microsoft website and look for 365, you will surely come across it. If you need any help, give me a shout. I do think you would be better taking out a subscription rather than buying a single copy for one computer.

Kind regards,

Jackie Brown

OK, having seen yours and Jackie's messages, I guess this is the way we have to go these days and will do that. I'm tired of not having MS Office around when I want it.

Do you have an URL for the best place to go to purchase? I know I saw it ages back ...

Windows seven is very much supported by office 365. It's a subscription
service for the main part, either 79.99 all in one go or 7.99 a month. You
can get standalone versions as before, but they are very expensive. For
your Á£7.99 pm as it were, you get all office packages for up to five
machines. So you, your laptop, your spouse's tablet, and their pc could
have a licence to use office, with one to spare.

Subject: [access-uk] MS OFFICE And Windows 7

Hi all,

I understand that Windows 7 updates for MS Office will soon have reached
their end. Can anyone, please, therefore, let me know the latest versions
of MS Office that I can put on my machine.

As future versions of Office will not be available for Windows 7, it seems
not worth my while to pay for Office 365, or am I wrong here? I'm intending
to upgrade to Windows 10 later but probably during the free period
allocation.

Unfortunately I can still only locate Office 2002 and not my later 2010
version so am keen to find a way forward here. I'd even consider a purchase
of 2010, or higher, at a reasonable price, if one is allowed to do this.
That's another thing I am unsure about with MS Office so would appreciate
confirmation either way.

Thanks.

Carol P
