[access-uk] MORE HELP PLEASE

Hi all you helpful people:

I have noticed that some messages sent from an NTL (Virgin Media) account are 
not arriving in my iCloud inbox but are found in the "Junk" folder of iCloud. 
Anyone know what I can do to remedy this? Is the "Junk" the equivalent of 
"Spam" in other providers and, if so, how do I attack this problem with iCloud?
