Alexander \i think that might be it but it comes when \i hit the hash before it says upper case.

If I understand your question correctly you want to know why numbers are
spoken after you type a letter. I think the numbers you are hearing are the remaining number of characters available in the text message, although I am not certain. I am sure another list member will be able to clarify whether
I am correct in what I am saying.
