Just go and buy something - then you'll be receiving their stuff! <Smiles>

Hi Darran

I have been having problems getting maplin to send me their newsletters. My old e-mail account stopped in May and since then I've had a lot of problems receiving their weekly newsletters. I have e-mailed them, phoned them but nothing changes. I have managed to log on to my account and have edited my details but cannot get the changes to take effect. I have tried several times.

I have had to e-mail maplin to try and get them to assist me.

Incidentally hal is pretty good with websites, it's much better than what it was a few years ago.

Regards

Adrien

I also use Maplin on a regular basis with JAWS 7.1 and 8. Yes its a bit
cluttered, but other than that I normally can find what I'm after without to
much trouble.

The one thing I did have a problem with recently, after their site changes,
was finding the edit field to do a search, but once I discovered what I
needed to do things now tend to go pretty smoothly.

What specifically are people having problems with on Maplin's site?
