I doubt it, firstly the power adapter would be different and I doubt if hw 
would allow you to buy one from the states.

Can you not order your Stream directly from the States? It is fact that prices 
in Europe are higher than in the  U.S. with you guys, there is not even the 
excuse of translation work involved. 
If you have your Stream talk in an US English voice, I am sure you'd be able to 
understand it and if you wanted to, you could flash the firmware with the UK 
one.
