Hi thanks for that, I think DVD audio extractor only gives you access to controls of a DVD player as it were, But you still need something like wmp or winamp or the like to play them or listen to the sound hth. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Phil Stephenson Sent: 11 March 2006 19:46 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Looking for a free DVD encoder for wmp Kevin, According to the Jonathon Mosen review of DVD audio extractor I listened to the other day you can use DVD audio Extractor itself as a DVD player so ok this doesn't answer your question about wmp10 but it would at least give you a basic player which is accessible. If you want to know more then check ou the message of a day or two ago which gave the link for Jonathon's audio blog. I wonder if anyone can give me a direct link to a free DVD encoder I had a look on micro soft's site last night but it would seem that all the dvd encoders that I could find you had to pay for I thought that wmp 10 could play DVD's without having to install a DVD encoder but apparently not! Thanks for any help you can give me on this matter all the best. ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
