If you require 3.5mm stereo at each end then Maplin probably do one try
there.

Does anyone know where I can get a cable that can be plugged
into two 3.5 ml jack plugs i.e. a computer and cassette
player and the other end in to a set of speakers? I have the
ones from rnib but one cable is stereo and the other is
mono, I would like both male plugs to be stereo. Otherwise
is there an adapter to convert 3.5 ml mono to stereo?
