Ibrahim Many thanks for the information below. I took your very good
advice and telephoned the UK number to be told that the liscence number I quote
is not under my name. I was then asked for my e-mail address and telephone
number which I am using the WFA and was told that they are different too.
Finally I asked if perhaps the details were those of the person from whom I
purchased and I was informed that they were not!!! At least you have got me
started on this and I do hope I am not being out of order here puttting this
post up because had I not done so and had you not answered I would stillnot
know what is going on.

      Hi Eleanor.

Have you tried contacting the official wayfinder support desk? They may
not know much about access itself, but this is clearly an issue with your
account and activation of your software. Their UK phone number is:0161 601
8940.

I'd have a chat to them before bemoaning the loss of your cash as you put
it.

        Hi
I purchased Wayfinder Access from Computer Room Services and I cannot
get it to work. Neil Barnfather tells me that there is no fault with my
product because some months ago I began to say that I wanted my money back if
my purchase was 'unsuitable for purpose'? He said it was suitable for purpose
and there was nothing wrong with it so I would not be legally entitled to a
refund. I asked my lawyer friend and she said if it is not working I am
entitled to a refund. I am interested to know on this list, if anyone has ever
experienced a problem such as this with Wayfinder Access? Now before everyone
starts to write saying that there is a list for discussing Wayfinder Access,
the list is owned and controlled by Neil Barnfather and it is not therefore, in
my opiniion, a list where I can actually discuss an issue such as this. I do
however, believe, that Wayfinder Access is access technology and therefore am
writing to this list.

I am being told my code has expired. I removed and reinstalled the
software but I get the same message. I am told by Computer Room Services that
they have never known of a problem such as this before and are puzzled. They
say that they have passed the matter to Neil Barnfather who tells me that I can
send my phones to him and he will get it working for me but this involves me in
additional expense. He also wants me to try it on one phone only but I do not
wish to do this as I am under the impression, right or wrong, that the software
can be put on more than one phone. It is a case of just using one phone at a
time and not both simultaneously. I do not have this one year yet.

        Eleanor
