I don't thik you would need help in changing your contact numbers. That screen is very straightforward.
As for the things moving around on the screen when asked to enter the number it gives you over the phone, I certainly didn't experience any problems with a screen reader.
If anybody does actually experience problems, let me know and I'll speak to a contact who o is a very senior manager in their E-comms team. That is assuming they her team is still in existance after the merger.

Hi Peter, Ah, I now understand what we're talking about, and I must say, I haven't had cause to come across the system you are talking about as yet. I think I would be able to deal with inputting the number myself as I have some residual vision, although if, as has been suggested by other messages on this thread, the number moves around the screen, I might have difficulty if I ever had to deal with this, so while I may not take the same action others intend to, namely, moving my accounts to another bank, I will certainly speak to my Local Lloyds's TSB branch here in Birmingham and also to the branch in Amersham in Buckinghamshire where my accounts are held, and inform them that as a result of policies Lloyds are bringing in, I, as a visually impaired person may need a little more help if I have cause to change any of the current contact numbers they have for me.
