of course the use of Flash doesn't necessarily mean that the courses won't be accessible to you so look before you leap although I suspect, like others that the likelyhood of this is minimal. If you are interested in productivity courses such as Office and similar applications you might want to have a look at Atomic learning, www.atomiclearning.com which seem quite VI friendly. courses in the main aare demonstrator videos but the audio narrations are very detailed. you can get a sense of this by trying some of the free sample tutorials.
