Something i noticed here, the forum which spoke of the access issues was a beta tester's forum, hense the version was not released when the problems were first encountered. While applauding Malwarebytes for picking up the ball once we'd told them we couldn't see it, why did they drop it when they must have known about the accessability issues from the beta forum? -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of John Farley Sent: 28 March 2014 19:08 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Latest Malwarebytes 2.0. Update to V2.1 Hello all, At least we should not have to wait for too long for the next release, around 3 months or so. Please see below from their support desk: ____________________________ Tom Mercado, Mar 28 11:45 AM: Hello John Currently the next version is slated for midsummer release. But these dates are never hard dates, based o issues which may crop up that can push it back. Let us know if you need any other help or assistance. ________________________________________ John Farley, Mar 28 11:26 AM: Dear Support, Do you have an approximate release date? After all, if V2 is now in production use, then the work on V2.1 is already underway and that plan will also have an expected release date. Thank you. I now find that the first update to it is not accessible to me using Window-Eyes. I am aware that I can continue to use version 1.7 which will work. However, I would have liked to have been able to make use of any new features that are included in the new version, after all, that is part of the reason why your users purchase licences. This is very disappointing as the access to it was one of the main reasons that I elected to buy this product. Could you please advise me when a version of the new product will be available that will be accessible? Thank you in advance.
