Many thanks Ray,

I did wonder how it would work with Jaws. I am a reasonably competent
jaws user, but don't want to have to mess about too much whenever I need
to print an address.

Thanks again.

Hi Sharon. I also am using the Dymo label printer. Wouldn't be without
it now.

Just one thing I'd point out. To enable the labling software to work
within MS Word, a macro for Word is installed. Depending on your Word
settings, you may get dire warnings about possible threats from macros
being viruses when you open Word after label software installation.
You'd either have to allow the macro to run if Word gives you that
option, or if it simply refuses to run the macro, then changing settings
under tools-options.

You may well find that with JAWS the label program itself which offers
many formating and address list options is not very navigable with JAWS
without scripts, unless you are a moderately advanced JAWS user that is.
So you could find yourself using the labeler within Word alone. Either
way, you could well need a little help in setting up, but someone here
would doubtless step in.

There is also the option of the AVery labler which has the nice feature
of pealing the labels off the backing sheet after printing,
automatically.

HTH.
Ray
