I've now looked at the QAC website and wonder why ever I didn't know about
these before. If I don't get my replacement quickly or the one they send proves
as troublesome, I shall be getting a refund and RNIB will lose the order.

0was Hi all,

0was I'm wondering if anyone has purchased a folding long cane within the past
0was couple of months and had a problem with the fold mechanism in that, after
0was use, the sections that fold just don't undo! Well, I've managed by
0was screwing each part in different directions but now just can't do one
0was section at all so the cane has become more of an encumbrance in that it
0was will not fold down, even with brute force!

0was Anyone got any advice to solve this problem without returning to the
0was RNIB?
