Hi,
The key thing for me was upgrading my Adobe Flash Player to version 10.
It's probably worth installing the latest download in case he's not sure
which version he's running.
I'm using Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Media Player 11 too.

Richard, its an ongoing problem, but the people concerned with the live
commentaries are aware of the specifics and are working on a resolution. I'm
afraid its a case of stand by your beds for this one!
Although, having said that, I've been able to listen to the match
commentaries without any difficulty, its been the video end of things I've
had trouble with, but I do know that other list members have had the same
problems you mention.
