Open the app on your iDevice, go into settings at the bottom right and there
is a contact us button within.

I downloaded the App and found it not to be accessible. I emailed them, as
within the App is the option to contact for help and they were keen to have
VI/Blind people contact them to see how much interest there was.
Maybe worth doing.
