Hi Everyone.

I’m not promoting this *smile*, however for those of you who love reading and
especially enjoy using the Kindle app, you can now subscribe to Kindle
unlimited, a library service from Amazon offering over 650 thousand books to
borrow and read as well as over 2000 whisper synch compatible audio books.
Here is part of a chat transcript I had with an Audible representative
describing the service, it was only launched last week so is pretty new to the
market.

Krisel:Kindle Unlimited is an Amazon based subscription service that makes
about 600,000 Kindle eBooks available for unlimited borrowing (up to 10 at a
time) to its members. About 2,000 of these titles come with free narration, so
when you borrow one of these Kindle Unlimited eBooks, you'll also automatically
borrow the audiobook version of the book. Also, about 5,000 additional Kindle
Unlimited eBooks are Whisper sync for Voice-ready, so you can usually purchase
the companion audiobook for a discount if you’re already borrowing the eBook
version of the book. When you have a Whisper sync for Voice-ready eBook in your
library along with its companion audiobook, you'll be able to switch between
reading the eBook to listening to the audiobook without losing your place.
The free narrations will be returned upon returning of E-book. There are 5,000
audiobooks to be purchased separately. These audio-books will remain in your
library regardless if you discontinue the subscription.
The subscription cost is £7.99 per month after a 30 day free trial, have fun.
