[access-uk] Keyboard Question.

Hi All.
My daughter recently had her laptop serviced and now she has to type shift 2
for at sign and that type of thing which is the American keyboard isn’t it? My
daughter is fully sighted and using Windows XP.
I thought it was control panel and then keyboard but all she could find was
standard keyboard should she have clicked onto that?
