[access-uk] Keyboard Layout.

I had to reformat my laptop and now have diferent keyboard layout I noticed in 
entering my email address to create my email account the *at sign* is shift 2 
whereas it is usually shift ' how do I change it presumably somewhere in 
control pannel but it is one of those things you do rarely.
