Hi Brian, Are you talking about the Options key, or Key1? What happens now if you press it? It should give you all the available options and the keyboard shortcuts. Make sure you wait a bit, because there are some long pauses in KNFB Reader, before it reads out the shortcut. It is clunky but it works.
