That's a real help! I hadn't quite sussed what that F6 function was all
about due to the jargon. Thanks v much. Hope useful to others too.

Damon, If you stop the download, and restart it and then press f6, you
should just get the latest podcasts you've missed.

Hi there. 

My Juice program has suddenly started downloading all past episodes of
the podcasts I'm subscribed to. Is there any way of easily getting it
back to a state where it only downloads the top one on the list which I
think is the default? I've no idea how this happened. For some reason,
flipping the state around to skipped isn't helping. 

Any ideas appreciated because I'm facing a multi gigabyte download or a
big manual operation if not.
