Hi Eleanor

I can only vouch really for old Joik. Basically I think this is a great
piece of kit to have on your phone. I've been away on business all week
and used it in the hotel to capture my Emails. What I like about it is
its accessibility. Once it's on the phone, you simply run it. It does
run your phone's battery down if you leave it on indefinitely, but it's
really fine for what I need, and no hassle as I have it anywhere with me
when I want to turn the phone into a Joik!! (smile).

I can't say how it compares to a dongle or Hotspot, but Joik works for
me.

Subject: [access-uk] JoikuSpot and Walking Hot Spot verses USB Dongle

Hi Jackie, Steve, Tristram and others

I wonder if any of you have had experience of USB Broadband dongle and
one or other of the Walking Hot Spot or JoikuSpot. How would you say
they compare/ Have any of you been out of the UK and used these?
