Hi Wally,
 
This is the full blown download designed for
multiple or network users, and intentionally
allows you to install it on top of itself.
 
This is 273 megs, while the normal update via
Windows update is around 80 - 100 megs.

        I downloaded the file at the address below
and installed it. I'd just like
        to take the opportunity to say that if you
used this file to upgrade your
        PC, that automatic updates doesn't seem to
be smart enough to know that your
        system is already upgraded to service pack
2 and will download the updates
        again and ask you to install them.
        
        You can of course say no to this but I
just thought I'd let you know about
        it.
