Hi Wally, This is the full blown download designed for multiple or network users, and intentionally allows you to install it on top of itself. This is 273 megs, while the normal update via Windows update is around 80 - 100 megs. George. ________________________________ From: Wally.Harding@xxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:Wally.Harding@xxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: 16 August 2004 08:57 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Cc: bcab@xxxxxxxxxxxx; jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: (Jaws-UK) - RE: [access-uk] Re: thoughts on windows xp sp2. All I downloaded the file at the address below and installed it. I'd just like to take the opportunity to say that if you used this file to upgrade your PC, that automatic updates doesn't seem to be smart enough to know that your system is already upgraded to service pack 2 and will download the updates again and ask you to install them. You can of course say no to this but I just thought I'd let you know about it.
