Hi

Did I read once that there is some sort of add on for window eyes, which
allowed you to use the jaws key strokes to operate window eyes?

hello Niamh

here is a link for a demo copy of window-eyes.

https://www.humanware.com/en-united_kingdom/products/blindness/screen_reader
s/_details/id_38/windoweyes.html

the IT person obviously has not considered the possibility that you may
very possibly have to learn a new set of keystrokes and so on in order to
make best use of the program..
anyway, I hope the above link is of help for you. at the very least you will
better informed as to its suitability or otherwise for your specific needs.

regards.
