Since when have you known screen reader companies to be reasonable about anything? Grin. I once had to reactivate just because I modified JAWS by installing extra hardware synthesizers.

Hi Ali,
If it asks you to activate JAWS again, then you've lost some installation
keys. There's a form on the Freedom Scientific site where you can request
them to reset your activation count, but can't remember the address for it.

Hi,
After a major pc crash, I had to uninstall and reinstall my version of
jaws few times yesterday and today.  As far as I can remember, it
asked to register for couple of times, which I followed the prompt.
Does this mean I lost some installation keys even though I was
installing it on the same system?
