Try opening up the "Tools" menu and go down to "Options" and press enter on
it. Then select the "read" tab. In this dialogue check the option "Read
all messages in plain text" checkbox.

hi guys, having a problem with Jaws5.0. Since I Installed Windows XP Home
Service pack2, Jaws will not read email messages in OE. The only way I can
read the MSG'S, is to use the Jaws Currssor.
What is going on here, is it something to do with service pack2?.
