Hi Paul As you well know, FS don't appear to care about customers. They just like the sound of the old gravey train rolling in with a loud clanging of money! (smile). JAWS does some great things, and makes it possible for so many people to choose to use it on their PC efficiently. But there are some things that are morally wrong in my view, and paying for an SMA - only to discover the necessity to roll back to a previous version - is not acceptable. Why have an update facility, and a means to send your authorisation back to the Internet if neither work properly? Kind Regards, Jackie Cairns -----Original Message----- From: access-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of paul leake Sent: 08 December 2012 14:55 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Jaws issues continued Jackie, an excellent response and really well expressed! You should send it to FS but would they reply and take account of your perspective as a "valued costomer".
