[access-uk] Jaws and Mouse over

Hello All, How can I stop Jaws from saying mouse over instead of link, I
have asked a friend of mine that uses Jaws 5.0 and he informed me that Jaws
will speak one or the other not both, but my Jaws is speaking both on most
of the websites I go to and being honest with you all I wish I never bought
the dam program I've had quite a bit of problems with this version.
