Okay James I've slightly misunderstood what I have to do I thought I had to 
insert the programme disk and paste the number into a box and proceed from 
there I didn't see a part where I can just ask for it is it like an email 
link or something?  I will look again thanks for your help.

I would request your activation reset now, rather than waiting until you get
your computer.  All you need is your name, serial number, and i would add
your email address too so they can notify you.  That way, when you get your
new machine, you will be ready to go.
