Okay James I've slightly misunderstood what I have to do I thought I had to insert the programme disk and paste the number into a box and proceed from there I didn't see a part where I can just ask for it is it like an email link or something? I will look again thanks for your help. Mandy I would request your activation reset now, rather than waiting until you get your computer. All you need is your name, serial number, and i would add your email address too so they can notify you. That way, when you get your new machine, you will be ready to go.
