No Darren, that's not the answer. Emails should  always come and go in plain
text. There's got to be another fix. If he's using Outlook, the links are
not read anyway, just in Outlook Express.

Hi Andrew

The most obvious question is has the checkbox in options to read all emails
in plain text been checked ? If so it needs unchecking.
