[access-uk] Jaws Announcements - Post-9.0 Installation

Can someone help with some small problems which seem to have started after
loading Jaws 9.0. I am also using Windows XP Home (SP2) together with
Office 2003.
1. When downloading messages from server in Outlook, Jaws has stopped
announcing the percentage amount downloaded.
2. When using CONTROL + C, + V and + X Jaws does not announce paste, copy
etc.
