Hi

I have actually fixed this for my own use. So when you get to the bottom of a mailbox in Outlook by arrowing down, jaws does not say the last message again but instead jaws will say "end of list". Similarly, when you go to the top, jaws will say "start of list" and nothing else.

You can also press home or end, then try arrowing around and you will get the same good level of functionality. So if you press end, then down arrow, jaws is smart enough to know you are at the bottom of the list and so it will say "end of list" and nothing else.

If anyone wants my Outlook file for jaws 7.10, let me know. You would need to place it into your personalised jaws settings folder.

Quite annoying. I have reported this to Freedom Scientific when it was
still a beter version. It looks like they are not taking any notice.

Thank you.

Subject: [access-uk] Jaws 7.1?

Hi,
I have just downloaded latest jaws and find it quite good. I have one
question though. In the email list, i.e. in the inbox or any other email
folders, jaws repeats the last item when arrowed down. It also repeats the
first item if you arrow up. In previous versions, it use to say nothing
when the last item was reached. Does anyone know if there is a setting to
change this?

Thank you.
